The Executive Committee has decided to call the next Annual General Meeting on Sunday, 27 April 2008 at 3 p.m. at India Centre, Cardiff.
All proposals for discussion at the AGM will be informed to members by email prior to AGM. No new proposal can be discussed on the day of the AGM without prior notification as mentioned above.
As per HCA Constitution, only those members are allowed to vote on any proposal, who is members of the Association for a minimum period of six months prior to the date of AGM. Election
